Snake's head fritillaries

                     April 2018 Snakes head fritillaries in Oxfordshire



My first visit this year to the meadow where the Snake’s head fritillaries grow, this time last year there were several hundred flowers out, only a handful in bloom yesterday evening. But with warm weather forecast there are plenty of buds that will open over the next few days.
